dusting off the ol' photoshop and getting into some digital painting. i had this sketch lying around and wanted to explore the (sort of) graffitti style colouring techniques and using definite colour boundaries instead of blending to get a 3d effect with the shadows and highlights.

as the for the subject matter, i was again inspired by grafitti characters and current pop hip hop fashion/culture (notice the mean kicks he is sporting?)...keepin' it gangsta yal
